Engine number location

Hi, does any one know where the engine number is located on a G16A vit engine,

I've searched but can't see it any where, :S

stamped on thepart of the engine that fits againstthe gearbox bell housing on the exhaust manifold side. It can be quite hard to see at times matey.

Edit: Darrell beat me to it. Damn slow internet! :poke:

Nice one chaps, ill have another look today, the cylinder capacity is just up from there isn't it.

I went to send the log book off for the engine change and realised I'd missed the engine number off, I had visions of it being under the gearbox adaptor plate or some thing. Lol
