Fuel and temp guages

Okay neither of mine work.

I was told the sender on the tank broke. But its actually a jap tank
And the wrong sender. So time to fit the spanish tank I have.

Temp wise tho. Ive no idea. Im guessing a faulty guage but
Whats the best way to test it? Does the one spade connector
Act as an earth?
