Yeah it will be louder if you remove the backbox. But if you put a cherry bomb on you curent system it will be a little louder but not that much noticible.

Yep I'm going to take my back box of just tested it and there was a little bit of noose but not much

Good old duck tape

hahaha! yeh rip the box of the back and get a bit of flexi or something and make it up!

Yep going to remove the back box and fit the cherry bomb

Only thing is I need to use my truck every day except Sundays might take it off on.Saturday afternoon and have a fiddle around with it

Yeah have a look before you starting chopping! measure and look twice cut once!

I have 1.5 meters of pipe I believe was a part of an exhaust it is straight with no bends and the inlet of the pipe is 38mm and it is like 2mm thick

The only problem is that I have no pipe bender

ahh bit of a bummer then with no bender. i would cut various sections out of it and angle then etc then welder it back up.

Ye I might do that but the last thing I cut and bent looked like this I wanted it curved but it went as a point

Yeah i remember you said at the time.

you could try this method cut a load of slits then weld it back up etc time consuming but it will work!
