Tyres for Grand Vitara

Post by Arek » Mon Jun 03, 2013 11:08 am

Hi guys.
I went through topics and I can't find answer for my question.
I want to change tyres in my GV and in the future make some suspension lift.
But first will be tyres.
Now I have 215/65 R16.
How much bigger ones I can put into my car without modifications so far.
I prefer to stick with my current rims too.

Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks
Arek

Aparently 235 70 16 fit without any catching. Not sure if thats the biggest you can put on with standard suspension. you can put any size tyre you want on youjust need cut out more!

That's the point.
I don't want to cut my GV (yet  ) so I have to stick with reasonable size.

OK. So I know now how big I can put.
Next thing which ones?
At this point budget is crucial.
I found some Kingpin AT
Also I think about Insa Turbo Ranger
At last place not because they're bad - Maxxis MT751 AT

They're good or bad? All opinions very welcome.
Any other suggestions from experienced users?

thanks
