Get an 850 T5, T5R or R. All pretty much same engine just different turbo and mapping. Good for over 500BHP.

Fairly sure the focus rs uses a variant of that engine. Or there is this

The issue i had was costs, because i dont do many miles and it was sitting all week it needed more regular maintenance and parts weren't cheap and it ate tyres!

Kalmar Union do most parts i think.

If i had the cash i'd have another tomorrow. You can pick them up fairly cheap too. You get what you pay for though. Mine had full volvo history and was mint mechanically.

Other on the market aren't! Even though its a volvo if you don't look after it, it will break.

On a serious note if anyone sees one of these in any condition let me know. Volvo 140 any condition, any engine

I know Scott has a garage full 7? Dan/Helen have the 2, Andyrew has 4? Some are "flat pack", i've got 3 and a half, Ollie has 2.

Think there are quite a few others with atleast 2. We just enjoy being pennyless and covered in oil and mud.

I'm also a massive fan of the volvo.

Mainly because of this car and driver

Words can't describe it. You just know one day someone at volvo went a bit mental. "Fancy building an estate touring car lads? I'm being serious!"

Volvo actually have a very good motor sport heritage going back many years with thing like 242 turbos, were quite into rallying in the 70s i think it was.
