Push start ignition

Post by timwilks13 » Thu Apr 25, 2013 1:17 pm

Im thinking of a fitting an ignition push start button to my 410 so i can feel like the worlds most awesome rally driver as i start my 0-40 in a speedy 33 seconds. Ive done various wiring of various things in my time but never fiddled with the ignition wiring. Before i starting ripping wires out of everywhere i just wondered what sort of ignition mods people have done and what i can be expecting.

Would it simply be a case of finding the two engine start wires, pull them out and wire them either side of the push start i have?

I cant image a whole deal will go wrong, i just always prefer to ask first to learn from other peoples ventures!

Thanks!
