Yeah and they must be REALLY strong springs
How many springs did you end up using Mark, just the standard packs or did you play around removing springs at all?

yeah Geoff stick to the day job mate
I did play around with the spring packs - swapped a couple of leaves around - to be honest cant 100% remember just what I did - took a couple of attempts to get everything just as i wanted it as I recall - nothing major!

Its the other way round i removed the 2 bottom leaves on the CJ's (the ones the bend the other way) then took off one of the leaves and I think I put that on the Front (rears up front) so I have 5 on the front (engine weight) and 4 on the back - as I said i did swap l;eaves about a bit with others I had - so not 100%

Im running the C.J fronts on the rear and Rears up front.
Have made my own missing links for the front, to sort the extra length. Relocation plates and missing links for the back, at the moment the shocks are limiting the travel, so got to build some shock towers, and get even longer brake-lines again! however already the ride is 100% better and seems to flex well.

Nice work!
Liking the look of that. Has anyone mentioned anything about PTFE/grease between the leafs (leaves?)? I know you've spoken with Geoff in person, so I don't want to go over things you've already talked about.
