Hello from Me

Post by Tommo3207 » Sat Apr 13, 2013 12:05 pm

Hello everbody
Had my SJ410 for about 6months now and it hasnt missed a beat. Used most days for my 40 mile commute and was a hero in the snow/floods.
As far as i can tell its a 1985 all original. No rust and comes up lovely with a rub over with WD40.
Brilliant site I have learned a lot about this little beauty.

I'm jealous. ;)
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Thanks for the welcome. Chucky (as my wife calls it) is being cared for so dont worry Mike. I cant believe the value of the parts you can still obtain. I have no great plans for mods but intend to keep it running in pristine a condition as possible. I wouldnt mind meeting up with some SJ enthusiasts to look mine over and discuss the finer points of this marque... Are there any local meets in and around Bath/Bristol?
