New member from Dorset.. Hello

Post by RIKK » Sun Apr 07, 2013 11:52 pm

Hello Suzukiests just joined, here’s a bit about my daily drive

My 1988 Jap Suzuki SJ410, owned for 4+ years bought for £250 in good nic with glass roof fitted (unknown origin?), SPOA and an open cab with no cover! (pretty standard).

Now from the ground up…
BF Goodrich tyres - wheel spacers - Suzuki alloys - up rated perches & Ubolts - rear disk conversion & adjustable bias (llama4x4 hoses) - add a spring lift - heavy duty front & rear bumpers - filler point lifted and moved to rear - custom cab & pickup - removable sunroof rear window, vit1.6 8v engine & rad (muddyzook plate) - sj413 5speed gearbox - sj410 transfer box - extra battery - under bonnet ammo/tool box - lift off doors & cut down doors - roll bar - snorkel - CB radio & big arial (thunderpole) - checkerplate - bonnet bulge - bolt down recovery box and im sure theres more I have forgotten.
Still got LOTS more on the list.

Drives nice and purrs but does wander and bounce a bit but only when its moving...
Done a far amount of playing the mud with a few different 4x4s and you gotta love a zook
Cheers all & thanks for reading
Rikk

Also huge respect to anyone here or at difflock thats contributed to the How To's
