They are some big boots! I'd get the body as low a possible. Good luck and have fun with the build. It's what it's all about.

Presume you can weld? Have a look at the last 10/15 pages of my build and you can see how much you can take out of the front arches with some work ;) ruf will help loads to push the front axle forwards and maybe you could look at some YJ springs in the rear but open up the original spring hanger and mount them in there and then make up a new shackle hanger on the rear, this will add a good amount the to the rear wheelbase and mean you can run it a bit lower as it will clear the back of the body and flex really well. You'll prob need to run a longer rear propshaft but that'll be a good thing I think as it will reduce the prop angle.

Also I think with those tyres and low gearing you're gonna need an anti wrap bar to stop any spring wrap in the rear.

I'd suggest landcruiser props mate, sj ones aren't up to what you need.

You may also want to look into making the wheel base a bit longer, if have mental flex them tyres will rip them selves apart on your, wheel arches, bulk head ECT.

But I know nothing !! :)
