Are those long enough after doing a SPOA? was going to get these the other day but hasn't got the size of them.

I got a set from llama 4x4, I would assume they're fine for spoa as I had to trim mine down
Ring Dave and ask him, he'll probably know if they're suitable

they say standard or extended so best thing to do like chris said is to ring them and ask..
