My first question is have the bump stops been extended to cater for the long shackles, if not the springs may well have had it. IE: flat.

Blimy  spring over as well :D . Bet it handles interesting :D . Well at a glance your springs still look OK without any bumpstops. To be honest looking at your pics I don't think your get more flex without using a missing link set up.

No idea :er: . Have a read through Mikes build, he's probably got the most flex amongst the builds on here. http://suzukiclubuk.co.uk/forum1/viewto ... start,130/

Personally I would ditch those shackles for some standard ones, there's really no need for them with that size tyre and it looks far too tall, remember height also means a high centre of gravity making it easier to roll.

I would then fit some bumpstops that stop uptravel when the springs are flat, this will also act as a pivot point to push the opposite wheel down.

Also are the shocks too short and limiting the travel? unbolt them from the bottom mounts and then flex it up again to see if you get more flex.

Do you know what springs are fitted?
