difference between santana and samurai clutch

Post by tommy » Sat Apr 11, 2009 10:41 am

hello again when we first got our santana i bought a new clutch assembly and was told by the motor factors that the price was different than that of the samuari's. we have recently got some spare parts but for a samauri and wondered if anyone may know what the differences are ie flywheel/clutch plate/pressure plate/trush bearing . and do we have to use a samuari starter motor and is the gearbox input shaft different in any way or are all the parts interchangeable and all holes line up. will look forward to a reply thankyou

There is no difference between the samuari, and the santana samuari

Everything will swap. The Santanas vin number should start VSE (spanish built)
