Cheers. I had one bar of gprs signal. It took most of my lunch break just for the exchange of 3 messages so a search was off limits.

No exciting stuff really happening here but still motoring along.
Bumper is all hooked up and working. (looks ace)
Changed kingpin bearings, and knuckle seals/felts and cleaned and regreased bearings, cv, and freewheeling hubs while I was at it.
Body is now actually bolted to the chassis instead of just resting on it.
Fitted a new steering damper which I had to weld a hoop to as it had a pin.
Started making a adapter to go on the airbox side of the SU as the old elbow I used to use wouldnt work very well as the airbox needs repositioning.
Today I finally found something free to use as wheel arches. Just need to "borrow" it tomorrow.
Still need some kingpin shims and also one or the stepped bolts that goes in the knuckle seal retainer if anyone can save me a trip to suzuki it would be appreciated.
Will stick some photos up if I get the arches sorted tomorrow.

Dan come visit my workshop at the weekend and ill sort you out some shims and the bolts 
anything else you might need? I really need to clear out some of the Suzuki parts store I seem to have hoarded over the years

I'm off to the alps riding for a week on friday then staying in France for another 4 days for a mates wedding.
