Here is some info on the Mercedes Arms you asked for. 1979 Model 116 should be the ones you need. This is by no means a direct bolt in. The holes will need to be opened up a bit to bolt up to the mount from what I understand.
Nice job on the install of the Power steering.
Don't know what an MOT is but it looks official and you are happy so it must have something to do that you are able to drive your Rig.

The Ministry of Transport test (usually abbreviated to MOT test) is an annual test of a vehicle safety, roadworthiness aspects and exhaust emissions required for most vehicles over three years old used on public roads in the United Kingdom
they check like things like wheel bearings, brake calipers , brake discs (rotors), lights, horn ,seat belt points etc

Re: Tom's 85' SJ413 Build
did the breathers yesterday just waiting for my other tubing to come into the post, i used garden hose in the end as it slides onto the breather caps (once you remove the caps with molegrips etc) ,
and then the rear runs all the way along the chassis then up into the engine bay into a t peice to make it to 8mm pics below
oh and i need to finish painting underneath
front breather with plenty enough hose for the axle to move up and down etc and i made sure it doesnt get in the way with anything:
rear breather same as the front but on the rear axle:
need to finish painting underneath though!
this is the t peice in the engine bay just awaiting for the 8mm tube to come then im going to run it up the the snorkel=highest point on my truck

Re: Tom's 85' SJ413 Build
well as some of you know that my cv joint was leaking due to a failed oil seal.
suzuki wanted stupid money to get the parts , and i couldnt get hold of the person selling them on ebay so i imported a whole kit to do both sides from Australia!
anyways here are few picks along the way!
oh and big thank you to Darrel,Scottie,Dan and Twiss for helping me along the way getting the right parts and information so have a social drink on me
was greeted by this the day after my mot!:
so i started to strip it down! (had the old seal on at this time)
all new seals, felts and king pin bearings were in at this pic so lube her up and slide her in
and then shove the wheel back on check all bearings etc and boom its done
then a nice leak free cv
