Re: Helens SJ410
I have a very nondescript 2008 toyota yaris parked outside. When driving it, if I see a 2012 BMW somethingorother, or (like I did yesterday) a 1960-something Austin Healey, I do not feel jealous of those cars.
Great cars. Better than what I'm driving. Zero jealously, because *do not want*.
Your 410 is another story. Lovely little beastie!
I hope (one day) my 413 will be almost as nice! Even though it won't be a 413 for much longer...
(The only other car I've ever felt jealous over was an Ultima GTR 720. DO WANT!)...

Cant help myself, i have to boast about my little anus! The Golf will be gone tomorrow so theres no turning back, will be sad to see it go but hey ho I dont care, i love the anus too much
Looking forwards to Suzuki day to show it off, it looks much better than dans (he is watching me write this!)
Dan your anus is a beast and I love it more every day. Especially more every time another piece of it leaves the kitchen xx
Thanks for all of the compliments!

you should help him finish putting it back together, then you'll have an SJ part free kitchen before you know itMiss_2k_uk wrote:

Then you need to help me persuade Karis to sell her colt and buy an SJ

Hi guy's,
Helen I'm soo pleased your enjoying the little SJ mum does miss her little anus and cried on and off for about a week. Great to see it being used and enjoyed I knew it would fly through the MOT as she is such a clean original little motor. Mum called her little anus suki btw.
Anyhow mums grand vitara has now been up the A12 a couple of times to the folks caravan and that's meant mum and dad could share the driving so despite missing her little suki the vitara is more practical even though in mums words it "lacks a personality"

Hi, nice to hear from you, hope all are well,
I really love it, had to get some uk cushions and a red throw for the back lol.
Sunroof leaked a bit in all this rain! Found out why though as there is a screw missing so its not a tight seal. Easily sorted
Suki it is then!

Re: Helens SJ410
Had a proper look through the spare roofs and wheel covers that came with Helens SJ today and found this beauty I had overlooked.
Shame the tyres are slightly bigger than standard so it wont fit.
Love the smoke effect coming from the rear wheels.
Still on the lookout for a really good condition 5 speed box for this if anyone spots one about.

Re: Helens SJ410
Slight problem with this today involving combustion deciding it didn't like the confines of the cylinders and moving into the cooling system.
(Bloody greedy if you ask me and if I was the coolant I would have kicked off at said combustion. Coolant seems to have no backbone though and just upped and left through the radiator cap!)
It's already found its way to the operating (Kitchen) table and looks like the previous slight coolant pressure problem had been caused by a tiny blow between 2 cylinders and now a bigger one between the other 2 had tipped the balance and caused all the commotion!
All parts are on order and I have tomorrow off to get the head cleaned off and ready for parts.
Heres the head gasket damage.
Little blow
Bigger blow
Few other shots I couldn't resist as I had the camera out
I knew the F10 was very similar to a G series but having never worked on one I didn't realise it was basically a minature version.
So cute!!
Needless to say Helen is not to pleased with having to travel in the comfort and cleanliness of my truck in the interim.

Ha ha, bit ironic isn't it. Helens SJ scattered across the kitchen.
