Yes
Just unplug it.
Check to see if the rear fog light still works.

Re: dipp beam wont turn off
Darrel thanks for that, I have major issues with the wiring next to this all being cut, there are three relays, two normal relays and one which would appear to be a doulble one, have you any ideas what they are for. Further more, the picture you have posted has a blue wire in it where does that go?
Is there any chance of a couple more pictures showing the wiring between the dim dip unit and the fuse box please.

That photo is just one I saved off difflock a long time ago, so have no idea what the blue wire is.
Here is a wiring diagram with the dip-dim unit on it.
Those relays could run anything. Do you have extra lights/air horns or any other high load goodies.

Re: dipp beam wont turn off
I've often wondered that, but I've never actually seen the wire colours coming from the dip-dim unit, only the wire colours from the diagram.Russell wrote:Hi thanks for that, is that the unit markedrunning lightes for Finnish market on the last drawing on the far right
Edit- been studying the diagram and it is not like the dip-dim wiring fitted to the Spanish model.
