Is reverse rimming safe.as id to do it go a bigger offset

ye i think as you have the tread facing the right way that what iv done to my back rims

You shouldn't really do it because the recesses in the wheels are there for the sloped wheel bolts.
You don't have the correct recesses in the other side of the wheel
