I have heard of some gearsets from the US failing...it's not that common, however....

This is shuducks second set of gears from the US the first did the same :er:

I know someone who has a 410 tbox and perhaps rockwatt might be happy to machine the gears if we can source you a 413 box over here for you as well and then send it to you?

Scottie I like the idea - I have a 413 transfer case which is actually mounted on my samurai. therefore I think all i need is the machined part from the 410?
Or am I completly out of track?

You need 1 gear from the 413 box and one from the 410 box to be attached together.

Have a look the the diy articles on the home page. Think there is a rocklobster write up there.
