x9 winch...

Post by turbo-tom » Wed Dec 21, 2011 11:21 pm

its oldish , never had any trouble with it :D , but going to move the plast solinod box thing ,
and unsure what cable to use ? , what voltage do you lads recommend ?
i was thinking maybe like decent battery cable or something ?

i was think about using a 600amp rated cable or is that about overkill ? :er:
cheers tom :rockin:

Depends on the rating of the winch.

Does it have a data plate on it?

You wanna use 35mm battery cable to be safe and you will also need some crimp on Lug terminals for each end, I got all my stuff from Goodwinch, was about £6 per m
