they bounce alot , and loook like one ?

depends what they are made out of, polybushes are plastic polyethonal something something, wheres ordinary bushes are rubber,

The look like polyurethane, but I don't think they're Poly-bush branded ones.
There's three ways of doing things:
The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

even if u dont use them in springs they are handy for mounting other bits and pieces
