Adjusting the fuel/air mix on the Aisan Carb

Good day to you all folks, I have recently got myself a little 413 in rather poor condition thanks to the previous owner and one of it's main problems is that the engine is running awfully rich. Having dealt with nothing but fuel injected engines before I'm in need of some advice on how to adjust the mixture since google has came up empty handed with instructions for this particular carb.
Any help offered would be greatly appreciated.

About 3/4 of the way down the page there is a pic with the idle and mixture adjustment screws marked...
I'm pretty sure you can't get to the mixture one with the carb on the SJ though!

Best advice I can give is take the carb off, throw it at next doors dog (I'm a crack shot now ) and fit an SU!!!!

Thanks a lot Twiss, I'll have a look for the pictured screw when this damn man flu has subsided!
When it comes to replacing the blasted Aisin carb I'm opting for a weber as I won't be doing any offroading in the forseable future where I'll experience the dreaded cut off point associated with that carb.

The auto choke on my old standard carb failed, I took the carb off and got to the mixture screw, it had a sort of collar and blank head on it to stop you adjusting it so i used a dremel to remove the collar and put a cut in the blank head so i could adjust it, Unfortunatly for me it was the choke that was bu**ered so I took it off and put a weber on, I've had no problems since
