The runners unbolt from your old seats and, if i remeber correct the runner on the left (in the bottom picture) stays were it is and the one on the right moves to the raised area (to the left of the original runner), I drilled the new holes in the seat base and nut and bolted them to the old runners, measuring everything with a tape measure to keep things straight, this means your new seats will do exactly the same as your old seats did, I.e the passenger seat can some really far forward so passengers get out on the curb
on my old swift gti seats (before the drivers side broke) they had the runners welded on, When I did the second set i couldn't weld so nuts and bolts

safe mate just got around to that bit could not have checked your post at a better time

was worried about what to do there know where im going now . think my runners might be different got all these springs on mine unless yours where removed?????????

mine never had them, but I got second hand runners from ebay they may have been altered before I got them, my passenger side has some springs and bits but couldn't tell you what without looking!
