retrofit 2013 GV rear door for spare wheel door

Is the 2013 GV a Club topic?!
My 2013 Grand Vitara was fitted with puncture repair aerosol instead of rear door spare wheel fitting. Suzuki realised this unpopularity and gave the last GV's, up to 2014, a spare wheel rear door! Has anyone replaced a spare wheel rear door from an earlier GV with the 2012 / 2013 plain rear door - do they change over? I love my 2013 2-door with electronic drive control and fixed diff facility - want to keep it for ever! Thankyou
