So I'm slowly making progress. Few little jobs at a time. Arches have finally arrived and iv fitted the rear, need an extra pair of hands for the fronts. Iv also painted inside the rear tub but I'm not sure if I like it or not.
Arches don't quite cover the tyres completely but I'm not too fussed at the moment, it's primarily for off-road use.

Finally got round to doing the front arches with an extra pair of hands. Still to smooth/round off the corners

Started making the rear bumper.

Note the rear tow points, 25mm plate welded down the chassis and to the bumper, 25mm hole drilled to suit most d shackles (for when I'm pulling out various non Suzuki's)

Iv been undecided on a safari snorkel but thought balls to it

Bumpers finished and fitted. Just lights to install and number plate.

They do different sizes, 10cm is the max I could find.
