Hi folks.I posted this by mistake in the SJ section but I think this is a specific Jimny enquiry so here it is in the correct place
I'm replacing rear wheel bearings on my 2002 Jimny. As part of that job I have obviously purchased new half-shaft oil seals. However, on the rear of my brake plate, I have a seal.gasket that sits on the outside of the axle and fits into the concave pressing of the brake plate. It is made of thin pressed steel with an internal rubber edge. I can't find a parts diagram with the part on, nor can my local Suzuki dealer but it definitely is a Suzuki manufactured part. Any ideas what is called, where can I find a part number? Alternatively, do folks just fill in with sealant?

Re: jimny brake plate seals
Don't bother, it was the oil seal that covers the bearing that had come away from the bearing and stuck into the brake plate when I was dismantling it all. lol Only several wasted hours of trawling the internet for pictures and part numbers!!
