Driving home tonight from work and the belt gave way luckily only the next village away from home so didn't have far to walk. It's snapped clean off, no warning signs before looks like its the original belt so at 85k sounds about right. Not changed one on a Grand Vitara 2.0td before but know the basics how to get the new belt on. Is there anything I should check before putting the new belt on anything that could have caused it to fail? Probably wear and tear but didn't want to miss something else cheers
