This thread has come at the perfect time fer me.....mines up for renewal

currently with adrian flux.....235 with 2yrs no claims....think I'll shop and see how i do :smoke:

Now that this thread's been bumped I'll tell ya what I've found.

Best quote so far is £2300-ish for a year from the Co-op, and that includes pass plus. :shock:

My mum's insured with the AA on my SJ for £45 a year fully comp.

I pay £153... all mods declared

Vit engine and SU, suspension lift, HD front and rear bumpers, tyres, snorkel...

and they said its the same for a roll cage

You have to be 25+ though... and the company doesn't do no claims bonus.
You can't use it, and you don't earn it. Although, you can use no claims on another car then :D

AA & frank p....wouldn't insure me...go c!@tpare was 100 dearer.so was goin with my renewal....that's till i got a call from advance ....189 for the year....saving of 51 squids :smokin:

Go compare and confused are having a laugh with my van, a standard 410, fully comp, limited to 5000miles for the missus and I (she's 20 with 3points for an sp50). I'm nearly 26 my license and track record is spotless and it won't drop below £500 :argh: time to phone flux, pickles and a few others to try and get a deal me thinks.

We got quoted £150 last year :argh:
