Vitara poly bushes

I have just bought a full set of polybushes for my vitara, and am having trouble fitting one on the a wishbone. Do they have to be pressed or should they just slide straight on?https://usd.mconvert.net/inr/9.99

I had a set one time that needed the end chamfered of a little and then a bit of grease. Then a big fat hammer
Sid James gone but never forgotten
Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good
