Not normally one for slagging firms off but i have had a horrendous experience with this courier firm.
It's a long story and also involves the fact they use the worlds worst known parcel firm, Yodel.
Just don't use them!

Always had problems with them, they left a parcel under the car in the driveway, and also left £400+ worth of parcel on the front doorstep!
