Re: KJA cut n shut number 2!
Stripped the stainless off her today, all came off ok only had to cut 1 bolt so thats not too bad.
Started looking for rust (as if you could miss it) the drivers side rear cab outrigger has gone completely but passenger sides not bad. All 8 bed mounts are rotted away and the fuel tank rails rusted badly as well but all of these shouldn't be too bad to repair, cabs not looking great at the moment but im sure ill find a way to fix it.

Ouch, that scuttle looks bad! Are you planning on buying replacement panels or making your own? I take my hat off to you, this project looks more bodywork intensive than I could have dealt with!

Yeah im not too sure how im going to repair these bits, I did get passenger side front repair panel, it starts above the cill and goes behind the wing and it does have the top corner bit. Its a genuine suzuki panel so im going to have to get looking to see if I can get one for the other side and ideally a scuttle/lower windscreen panel.
Andyrew, I might be in touch about those panels if i cant source any new, thats if you would be interested in parting with them.

When I first saw the title I thought, oh no not another macho moron making a challenge truck, then I saw it was you so life was good...... unless you take this off your mate and make it into a challenge truck seeing as you already have a tidy KJA run around.
There's a lot of work to be done but I hope you persevere.

I think I also have a spare scuttle panel somewhere, will have a look, I know I at least have one really good corner section.
Tbh it looks bad but shouldn't be too hard to fix.
