That looks an over engineered thing for a fixed connection, a small clue? does the middle part move?

Sorry it doesn't move, it is just a fixed connection, through an insulator,

After Jezz's answer, I checked the brand new one I got from Amazon yesterday, looks different, only one connector, is that the SJ413 screw in version then?
