Theres alot to take off but its depends on a how much you need
To acheive. I hate welding upside down and i suck at it.
I went ott on the removal but you can leave some stuff on.
But for mei find it easier to blow the thing apart rather than work around stuff.
I removed
Doors
Screen
B post
Tailgate
Seats
Wiring loom from the joint just inside the bulkhead
Disconnect the brake lines
Disconnect the heater pipes
Steering
Front clip and bonnet
Gearlever.
Now thats alot of stuff but with the body flipped over the repairs are so much easier and now is a great time to change any bits on the chassis as its so acessible. I need to change the tank the fuel lines the brake lines, tbox and gove everthing a pressure wash.
So for a couple of hours teardown it will save hours in being uncomfortable and frustrating
The only down side is space to store the big bits whilst you make the repairs.
Ill post some pics of the rot later. I really think this zook should.
Have been bean canned
