Chequer plating

Juat starting to clen up my sj that has been barn stored for last 6 years, im trying to find some cheqer plating for it anyone know best place to get this from, i need both rear corners and fronts as well thanks

Local scrap metal dealer. Thing is with that stuff is mud and other crud gets collected behind it and ends up rotting out the areas you have just repaired!

Don't chequer plate over the top of anything. It's more hassle than it's worth in the long run.

I'm no genuius as bodywork but atleast with a half decent repair you can see when it starts to rust through again and sort it.

Chequer panels just trap the moisture and dirt and the first thing you know about the rust is when it falls off and leaves a gaping big hole.
