Re: Project KJA
It's a private access road that runs along a river, we only go up there when asked to and only touch any thing that gets on the road or are dangerous. Yea the little husqvarna is in the back, our bigger one needs tuning so it stayed home until I have a chance to sort it.
Cheers

Re: Project KJA
Had a chance today to fit my radio, its a few years old but a tidy one i had it in my freelander, bluetooth audio + phone, usb + aux - time to piece the puzzle together
it turns out the 10 cm speakers i bought are not correct, so as i can't be bothered to send them back i made adaptors until i wreck them and ill get the correct size ones lol
don't look too bad, will change them in the future
quick test to make sure my wiring is correct, had to do it all from scratch. got a new supply coming from my fuse box, and a cable coming from the ignition to tell it to come on and off etc to it works as it should.
even managed to get the cig lighter working, which is now my charger instead
looks good, sounds better than i thought it would with those small speakers
the remote gets the velcro treatment
thought i might as well carry on, i haven't got a pic but I've mounted my cb up behind the glove box out the way, and the speaker below the radio. i need to get some cable to extend the mic to where i want it, better than mounting the cb where i don't want it, and also i need to mount my aerial, not sure what I'm going to do with that yet.
a few more things ticked off the list,Cheers

Re: Project KJA
Neat!
I put my CB aerial on the LJ on a rear wing as they are pretty wide. On the vit I put it on the tailgate.
