hi my name is tom been going off roading for about a year now and it great fun even better when you get stuck ;)

i have a sj with a 1.9 turbo diesel vw lump in it :twisted:

the spec is :

1985 suzuki sj413
Vw 1900 turbo Diesel conversion.
Rear brake disc conversion.
31" Grizzly claw tyres
Snorkel.
Shackle reversal.
Braided brake hoses.
X9 Winch.
X charge relays
Fuel tank in back
Home made front & rear bumpers.
Air horns.
Fastback roof.
Rhino ray roll bar.
4 point harness.
Bucket seats.
light bar.

and more to come ;)

i never new i would get so many reply so quickly :lol:

unfortunately i carnt take anyone out as its only a 2 seater :roll: .and only being 14 my dad has to drive and i sit in the passenger seat. ahh well when we go to play n play days i have a quick drive around but nothing serious 8-)


oh and thanks for making me feel welcome :P compare to some other forums (not going to say names as i just want to keep the peace and not start war :lol: )

our next outting will be piccadilly wood on 1st august.

hi kev

as we have only been doing it for about 9 months we just tend to go to CORE 4X4 in chichester (really friendly site )
and the price is reasonable to £20 quid for the whole day. thats the only place i tend to go too

but at the moment its next trip is to the garage for a new transfer box,front prop, gear box (whines like hell ) and a new non leaking cv joint.

where abouts do you go ??
