Are you boxing yours in then? I was going to but then I thought whats the point :lol: I do need to add a few braces though as it can flex quite a bit with just the outer skin. they weigh hardly anything now though and you get a handy storage pouch in the bottom of the door :mrgreen:

Yes ive started the one, and yes they are very nice and light!

I dont know weather to go matt black with them or blue like the sj.


This is what i have done do far. (now cut straight on top of the hinge)

scottie i was thinking of gluing some thin checker plate to the inside of mine to give it some rigidity and to keep the weight down

Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good
