sierra 1.3motor.after 4 months ive got a flatspot when taking off.any tips to fix it. cheers

Apparently the choke flap/butterfly can get loose on them and not work well.

Bun the carb. Get a replacement. Webber or SU.

I do like Jordi's idea but you could always strip and clean it...

They are famed for problems with the auto choke and idle up systems.

The easy option here is to fit a HIF44 SU but may not he so readalily available where you are.

As said check the choke flap isn't loose or sticking.

Check for air leaks or cracks in a vacuum pipework.
