Forgot to add...docs appt yesterday. After an earlier x ray I have 2 broken ribs. But they are already healing. The back problem is (natch) related to me hobbling on one leg and the cruciate is not torn, just a bit of a twisted knee. Been given yet more bloody meds and creams and to top it all I have split to fingers down almost to the bone. Butterfly stitches and an advisory not to bend my fingers for 2 weeks. Isn't life grand? :hahaha:

Moisture move through paint through osmosis, that is why you're supposed to wax it.

Osmosis? Didn't they get in the top ten with 'Bitches ain't shit'?

(sorry!)

Noticed that the MOT expires today!! Rang up my testing place and their phone line was out so took a chance and drove over, got a time booked then realised the passenger seat is only held down with 2 bolts...and I can't bend down to put them in. Persuaded one of the testers to fit them for me (gave him a tenner I like to keep them happy) and she passed with no advisories!!

Nice work! Glad to hear you are starting to heal a bit, well some things! Sounds like you are having a run of bad luck with injuries! Good news on the knee as well but unless they did an MRI on it I wouldn't 100% believe them, a partial tear won't show on x-Rays or with the physical tests they do. They told me I didn't tear mine at first, then 4 years later after it went again they did an MRI and turned around saying that I had partially torn it the first time.

Yep I trust myself only but I did see the ribcage xray and ouch! No wonder I had trouble breathing but it's my own fault. Not enough sleep and trying to fix so many vehicles somethings gonna give way eventually. Before Billing some more stuff needs to be done. The LJ needs the high steer kit fitted, the front prop from your good self and the middle one will be taken out and given to some chaps I know nearby for new UJ's. Piglet 3 is ready to rock.

Painted the tower extensions today...just a quick job to kill a little rust and cover it. No one is going to see them but I don't want them rotting any more
