Wiper mechanism not working

Windscreen wipers wasn't working properly so I got a secound hand motor of a mate and still not working so I tried moving the mechanism under the windscreen to move the wiper arms and I can't move them they are rock solid any ideas this is without the motor fitted I'm sure you can move the mechanism easy but mine arnt moving that easy :( any ideas

Spray the pins that go through the body with some penetrating spray
Sid James gone but never forgotten
Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good

Ye the trouble is the dash is still on the truck and all I can see of the mechanism is the bit the motor goes to :/

Take the wipers off and spray them from outside
Sid James gone but never forgotten
Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good

That's what I did. Copious amounts of WD40.
1985 SJ413VX (SJ50V) with SPOA, rear disc brakes, 31x10.5R15 Kaiman Malatesta tyres, an MOT and a lot left to do!

Just been out there in the cold and wet and got my wd40 out and it is moving freely Naw :guns: awesome cheers guys that has made me a happy ... I think it's trying to tell me I need to use it more lol havnt used it for a about 2-3 months lol

Ye need to sort brakes out as they are spongy then I will drive it to work a few days a week to keep all the parts moving on the vehicle

just check your pads, and bleed the system daz, sounds like there might be some air in there, can sometimes happen after some time not being used
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out
