Only car I've ever had with airbags... crashed it... airbags didn't go off

Disappointing!

Got all the lights on now and did the '1st fix' (I guess), earthed them and fed the positive wires into the cabin. Got a volt and oil pressure gauge and 2 switches for the lights/winch. Making a little template that will go where the central air vents were.

Been a while...a few more bits done...and I repaired my mate's Vitara windscreen surround...they all rot there and I can't figure out why. Maybe the aerial position above it pools water and it drips down? He went to Homebase and I asked him to get me a new jigsaw... :hahaha:

Hi must say a great read ... have sat here at work and read through all 28 pages :) enjoyed every post.
I have just purchased a 1995 Vit :) and will be doing mods to go green laning.
A question for you..
KYB shocks, what ones did you get? and what longer springs did you use on the rear and front?

Glad you liked it and all done on a stupidly small budget. The KYB's are off ebay I just typed in Vitara rear suspension and they popped up, lowest price first. Coils are off a Grand Vit, they go straight in.
