My sj has still got the anti roll bar on the front.? Should I remove this? My sj has aftermarket leaf springs and pro comp shocks with 31" tyres?

Northants 4X4 have a meet there on the 24th of November so if you are from the surrounding areas might be worth popping down to meet some of the guys. there always having meets and play days.

I know the easiest engine is the carbed engine but im struggling to find one. Can the sibgle point injection engine be fitted? What else is required?

il be up for it when im insured again on my sj, i have a 413 tin top also picked it up a month ago now just finding more green lanes around this area.

im in Northampton, theres a few of us that have started going green laning most weekends

right had some progress today, had a play around with the air/fuel mixture screw and still nothing. so i removed the air filter took it for a run and boom the missfire/bogging had gone so whacked a cone filter on it went for a drive checked plug colour ect and tuned carb to plug colour all seems goo...

really annoying now, bogs down till about 3.5k in 3rd then feels like a vtec has kicked in haha and taked ages for it to rev up to 3.5kish before it starts running properly

right, new plugs, carb clean, smarter port matching, new oil, carb adjusted air/fuel screw. its starts fine, revs fine still in neutral. it is slightly better on road now i mean i can get up to 50mph. im thinking its starving it of fuel or along that lines, i removed the fuel filter i didnt have one...

just purchaed the sj so have drove it 20 miles home with it running like crap. gonna have a good look tomorrow, clean carb, fuel filter, vacume hoses ect ect

i took plugs out and they were really i mean really black ( rich rich rich)
