Re: Been a bit of an idiot.
They should work fine with drums, mine did well until my bearing, shaft and collar split... Split bearing retainer still in place though.

Re: High steer kit from 'you know who'
I'm missing locking nuts for the tie-rod ends from my kit, luckily mines sat waiting for me to finish the axles!

Re: have I bought the correct brake cylinders
Do you have the original cylinders? Would be worth measuring the distance between the cylinder.

Re: XUD conversion Member cross with a cross member
Again we fabricated custom mounts, although the engine I sourced didn't come with a cross member another thing to bare in mind is the height of the engine as it will be close to the sump if you are still spring under axle. I would post pictures but don't have any of the mounts on my phone, they're n...

Re: Tbox replacement
Simple enough to remove, don't forget to undo the gaiter inside the cab or it won't drop down, undo the 3 bolts that attach the arms to the chassis and you can drop and twist it out then bench press it back in

Re: Samurai Axle Trussing/Bracing & SPOA Perches
4mm wall would work fine, you just really need to take your time with any welding on sj axles as they will bend from the heat of welding if you aren't careful. You don't need a huge amount of clearance, best to flex the suspension to check, lowering the bump stops or moving the axle 25mm forwards o...

Re: Samurai Axle Trussing/Bracing & SPOA Perches
I'll have to take another look I wanted to go spua but I have a diesel in, I've got a Robb storr high steer kit, I've got extended brake lines the only thing I'm missing which I was going to fabricate after was an anti tramp bar. I saw you've got 6mm wall, I've just picked some 4mm wall up which wil...

Samurai Axle Trussing/Bracing & SPOA Perches
So I've got one fully stripped front samurai axle (was leaking left right and centre) that I need to install SPOA perches onto. My first question is Perches, I needed to move my perches in 40mm (I have a 410) what's the best way to ensure I have the correct castor? Second question is Trusses/Knuckle...
