LJ 80 Window seals

One of the many jobs I need to fix on my Lj is trying to find a seal for the windows. The sun in Cyprus tends to destroy plastic which means the seals are gone and any rain gets down the inside of the doors ( And rots them). Has anybody found any sort of replacement.
