Hi Matey welcome to the forum.
I'm not to sure mate to be honest. Why do you want to know? do you want to fit bigger brakes or can you not find any SJ calipers? i've got a feeling Grand Vitara Calipers might, i'll look into it for you.

You could fit spanish calipers, but to do so you would need to fit the spanish caliper cariers, which is abit more work as you need to prity much strip down the whole steering knuckle to swap them over. Have you looked at jap vitara calipers, there is a good chance they may be the same. failing that http://www.brakesint.co.uk may be able to help!
