Get a screen wash size cap, fill it with petrol, while some one is turning it over pour it directly down the carb. Repeat a couple of times (3-4 max) if it doesn't fire carb is probably goosed.

It's a 410 and okay where is this cap cuz the only one I see is on the from of facing towards the rad which drains it out where the float is

It needs pouring in the carb aperture where it sucks the air through.
Not so easy on 410s as they are side draft carbs. Much easier on down draft carbs. You can use a small squeeze bottle to squirt the petrol into the carb but keep it small and petrol volumes to a minimum. It only take a thimble full to make them fire. If you have too much and it backfires badly you will lose any hair / receive 3rd degree burns.
Carb may need a clean through. Is the fuel getting through the carb?
Easy guide is to blow through the pipe that goes from the fuel pump to the carb. Disconnect it from fuel pump and blow. Will tell you if carb is blocked.
