Replacing steering column in SJ410

Post by Jay18 » Thu Dec 05, 2013 5:23 pm

I've just got my replacement steering column and would like to know if anyone has replace theirs?

It seems to look different to the one that's in there but all the bolt holes seem the same, just looks skinnier, I don't know about the steering lock and ignition etc so does anyone have any tips?

Thanks, James...

The steering lock and ignition barrel is held on with round headed "security bolts"... I got them off using hammer and screwdriver ;)

I have changed my column before... but it was a while ago...
