hi mic and welcome,
my guess is because it's for off road use only as he says has solo tow so u can take it any where, not drive it any where.
maybe not the bargin it 1st looks, but if close 2u why not go have a look might not need much.

Erm what a load of crap! firstly it's illegal to a-frame a suzuki as they are over 750kgs from the looks of things i wouldn't pay £375 for it! i've got a van back 87 sj in better condition that i only want £200 for!
