Front Suspension problem!

Just went off roading for the first time after fitting my 3" lift kit
http://www.mountaingoatperformance.eu/s ... ystem.html.
This is what happened when I went over a few bumps for just a couple of minutes. It made my Suzuki loose all its lift at the front. Was wondering if the srpings are too long or I need a different shackle?
Any ideas please!

Scottie's probably your man here.
I think you need to move the shackle hanger forwards or the rear spring mount backwards a bit

I know what you mean, but should I have to, shouldn't they just fit without me needing to that?

Looks like you have put the rear springs on the front...
Although it would take some getting fronts on the rear... Picture of the rear would help!

I run 1.5" lift springs and mine don't go anywhere near that.
Are they wedged like that? Do you have extended bump stop?
Has it just gone down really hard on the front so the spring is at its flattest, forced the shackle all the way round and wedged?

Thats what I thought at first but the rear one is bigger than the front.

No its the standard bump stop and I basically went over a little hill and heard some noises from them so I checked. This is how they are at the moment, I managed to force them back a bit, bit my concern is that it's going to happen again.

I think you are over flexing your springs and its causing the shackle the over rotate and wedge.
On 3" lift i would recommend some +50mm bump stops and some +10/20mm shackles to allow the spring a bit more length on full flex.

My money is still on that you have put the springs on back to front. From memory the rear shackle should be out further than that. I bet it won't flex much on the back as the shackle looks to be at its lowest...
