Finally back together!
Finally got the truck back together and been driving it around today. After not being ready to go out on the last byway session I kind of trailed off a bit and only just got round to getting everything done.
I thought I'd post a couple of before and after pics.
Here's what I've done:
Rebuilt, SPOA'd & fitted Samurai axles.
Samurai rear prop.
Widened all the track rod / Z arm etc.
Every nut, bolt, seal, fill/drain plug, bearing and U-bolt is new.
All new brake lines.
Muddyzook rear brake disc conversion.
Rebuilt all 4 calipers.
New UJs.
Tooooo much to remember!
Here are the axles when I got them:
Here they are fitted:

Just need a new set of rear springs and some axle breathers and all will be done!
By the way, I have dealt with some colossal retards during this build. I've bought soooooo many different parts from so many different places and it truly astonishes me how many people can't even put the right part in the post and send it to the right person. If I hadn't had to deal with so many asshats I would have been finished weeks ago.
That said, a few people have been REALLY helpful, especially Rob from Muddyzook and the guys at HoseTechnick.com who made me custom braided hoses and delivered them overnight after I ordered after 4pm. Also Columbus Auto Engineers have managed to get me loads of parts when I haven't managed to get them anywhere else, not to mention all the help everyone has provided on this forum! I'm registered on a whole bunch of different car forums and I have to say that this one has BY FAR the most helpful members so thanks for all the input!

Ha ha, thanks mate.
I didn't think I'd be done in time so have made other plans. I've got a digger hired and am digging out part of my garden to make a concrete base to extend the garage!

Thanks Jordi. No doubt they won't look like that for long, something will be ripped off when I next go out!

Thanks Twiss.
Rory-ray where are you based? If it's too far to have a look at it I'll take you some pictures and message them to you.
